What is a fanlisting?

"A fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject."

My thoughts on fandoms

Fandoms can be great places to meet other fans and discuss your favorite subject, however I find I am constantly annoyed with "superfans". People who do things like talk about characters as if they actually existed. I don't mean plot development, I mean, "what do you think so and so was thinking when he/she did that?" They aren't real. Don't get me wrong, I started a fanlisting, I don't think there is anything wrong with meeting other fans and having fun with what you like, I just don't really like when the boundaries of reality and fantasy are no longer visable. I'm all for living in a fantasy world, but I know what's real and what isn't. These are just my thoughts.
